Yellow Rabbit Gold Spot Snail
(Tylomelania sp.)
The Yellow Rabbit Gold Spot Snail is a unique and eye-catching freshwater snail known for its bright yellow body, spotted shell pattern, and long “rabbit-like” face. Native to Sulawesi, Indonesia, these snails are peaceful scavengers that make an excellent addition to planted aquariums and community tanks.
Unlike many pest snails, Rabbit Snails reproduce very slowly, making them easy to manage in the aquarium. They spend their time grazing on algae, biofilm, leftover food, and detritus while adding tons of personality to the tank.
